  • ALL STUDENTS MUST register online prior to arrival to reserve a place in class.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat to class; we do not supply them. 

I Saw it on TikTok (All Levels + Non-Pole)

This class focuses first and foremost on FUN! As you know, TikTok is a social media platform that is always throwing something fun and fresh at us on the reg! We’ll be learning TikTok dances and making our own TikTok of the dance we learned at the end of class! (If you prefer not to be in the video, it is not mandatory)! So grab a comfy pair of shoes and come have fun!

Liquid Motion® (All Levels)

  • To register, purchase "pole class" or "pole package"

Liquid Motion is an open level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75 minute class you will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion to build a foundation for floor and pole work. The class consists of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. No experience needed.

Knee pads are mandatory (available for purchase or bring your own). Dress in layers for comfort and ease of movement.

Flexibility (All Levels)

No matter what your fitness level, this all levels class is designed to immediately produce results for gaining maximum stretch. This class focuses on static passive stretches, deep breathing, and relaxation. You can work as hard or as easy as you want. The exercises will focus on hamstrings, back bending, shoulder opening, and hip flexors. Join us as we stretch from head to toe in this gentle restorative structured class. Bend, don't break! No experience needed.
Please dress as you would to a Yoga class. You may wear extra warm ups to keep your body warm.  

Chair Dance (All Levels)

  • To register, purchase "pole class" or "pole package"

In this class there will be a dance warmup to prime the body for sexy chair dance and floor work. If you have a dance background you will love this class. If you are starting out and want to learn how to move on the chair and floor (and sometimes pole), this is your class.
Dress for dance class! No shoes needed.

Hip Hop / Twerk (All Levels)

Hip Hop/Twerk dance is a great way to stay in shape and learn the latest dance trends. A ten minute warm up is followed by dance choreography. Classes consist of a variety of dance styles including pop, hip hop, twerk, and exotic dance. No experience necessary; just come and have fun!

Dress code: workout attire, sneakers, and leg warmers or knee pads

Upper Body Conditioning (All Levels)

This class focuses on the wrists, shoulders, and core. This cross training class will help you to hold and support yourself on your head, forearms,and hands. 
Please dress as you would to a Yoga class. You may wear extra warm ups to keep your body warm. No experience needed.

Open Studio and Open Pole

This is a two hour block of time for you to practice on your own under the guidance of an instructor. This is a great time to work on your pole and/or aerial skills you have learned in class. There will be no warm up and no class instruction. The instructor will be available to assist you with questions about moves you are working on. 

*Students may not provide instruction to other students on new movement. Helping each other with mutual skills is permitted.

Splits and Flex (All Levels)

Work on your splits and flexibility in this all-levels class. Wherever you are in your journey, this is the class that will help you reach those bendy goals! This 75 minute class combines an extensive warmup with breathing techniques, transitioning into proper form for training splits and improving flexibility throughout the body.
