ALL STUDENTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO RESERVE A PLACE IN CLASS

Pole Dance

New Class! This class begins with a dance warm up and is followed by across the floor dance technique for turns and leaps. Then there will be dance choreography around the pole that includes basic spins and floor work. This class is perfect for beginners and also intermediate students who do not want to climb or invert for the day. 

Dress Code: In order to stick to the pole you need skin, you must wear short shorts or spandex booty shorts that come down no lower than mid thigh. A sports bra with a tank top or spaghetti strap top is mandatory. For men you must wear shorts and a tank top. Dress code is strictly enforced.

Do Not: Put on any lotion prior to class the day of your class, you will slide off the pole and damage the finish on our poles. You may not wear jewelry to class because it will scratch the poles, no exceptions, leave your wedding bands at home.

You must bring your own Yoga mat to class; we do not supply them.

Beginner Pole Fitness

Our introduction to Pole Fitness. After a ten to fifteen minute warm up we will move to the pole to start conditioning our bodies by using vertical resistance training. In this class you will learn all the basic spins, climbing techniques, inverting from the floor up the pole, and dance transitions. At the end of class we leave time for freestyle dance for you to play and practice what we have learned in class.

Intermediate Pole Fitness

You must have prior approval from the instructor before attending this class. You must have already successfully mastered our beginner pole fitness class prior to attending. After a ten to fifteen minute warm up we will move to the pole to start intermediate vertical resistance training. In this class you will learn more advanced spins, how to invert off the floor, and intermediate pole tricks. Fifty percent of this class is off the ground so you must have built the strength to start going aerial.  

Dress Code: In order to stick to the pole you need skin, you must wear short shorts or spandex booty shorts that come down no lower than mid thigh. A sports bra with a tank top or spaghetti strap top is mandatory. For men you must wear shorts and a tank top. Dress code is strictly enforced.

Advanced Pole Fitness

You must have prior approval from the instructor before attending this class. You must have already successfully mastered our beginner and intermediate pole fitness class prior to attending. After a ten to fifteen minute warm up we will move to the pole to start advanced vertical resistance training. This class will focus on pole tricks, ninety five percent of the class is off the floor. At the end of the class the instructor will choreograph a pole combination for the students to practice.

Sexy Stiletto Pole Workout

Unleash your inner goddess with our sexy and fun stiletto work out. This class is all about dance, freedom, and sex appeal. In this class you will learn floor work, practice your basic spins, and learn dance transitions that will leave you feeling exhilarated. This class teaches femininity, poise, grace, and confidence.   Bring your heels, or you can take class barefoot or in socks if you like!

Flexibility

No matter what your fitness level this class is designed to immediately produce results for gaining maximum stretch. This class focuses on static passive stretches, deep breathing, and relaxation. You can work as hard or as easy as you want. The exercises will focus on hamstrings, back bending, shoulder opening, and hip flexors. After class you will feel like you just received a deep tissue massage.  

You must bring your own Yoga mat; we will not supply them. Please dress as you would to a Yoga class. You may wear extra warm ups to keep your body warm.

Open Pole

This is a two hour block of time we have left for you to come practice on your own under the guidance of an instructor. There will be no warm up and no class instruction. The instructor will be available to assist you with questions about moves you are working on.

Chair Dance

In this class there will be an exotic warm up to prime the body for sexy chair dance and floor work. If you have a dance background you will go to town. If you are starting out and want to learn how to move on the floor and chair, or want to just put on a show, this is your class.

Pilates Mat Conditioning

The Pilates physical fitness system was created by Joseph Pilates in the the early 20th century. Originally designed as rehabilitative therapy for injured solders during the war. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominal, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates'' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

Adult Contemporary Dance

 This is a dance class for adults that will have a dance/fitness warm up, across the floor dance technique, and Choreography in a flowing modern style.

Dress as if you were going to dance class!

Sexy Yoga

If that sounds edgy, it is. It is a Vinyasa Flow that incorporates African and Latin Dance, Hand Balancing, and Sensual Body Movement. After the one and a half hour class Philip will have a little discussion about the roots of Tantra, how it works, and how the Flow came into existence. Philip will impart his ten years of experience with students about the roots of this amazing spiritual practice.
